If an Agent is affiliated with an Agency, the affiliation may be displayed separately. The property remains an AGENT LISTING.
Some property agents work independently, while others may be affiliated with a property agency. Nolita keeps the individual Agent profile separate so clients can see who is personally handling the property and explore that Agent’s portfolio.
Agents may work independently or be affiliated with an agency. An Agency subscription is not required for the current Agent model.

Nolita gives Property Owners and Property Agents their own public portfolio pages. Instead of sharing properties one by one, publishers can keep their available properties together and share one portfolio link with clients.

LISTING FRESHNESS
Nolita listings can show when availability was last confirmed by the Property Owner or Agent. This helps clients understand how recently the property’s availability was checked.
Availability can change, so clients should always reconfirm before making arrangements.
DECLARATIONS & DOCUMENT REVIEW
Some property details, particularly commercial-use information, are provided by the publisher. Where Nolita records that supporting documentation has been reviewed, this is shown separately.
