Yes. Public property browsing is free.
What is Client Access?
A €4.90/month subscription that unlocks eligible property contact/address features and platform interaction tools.
What is an Owner Listing?
A listing published by a private or company Property Owner.
What is an Agent Listing?
A listing published by a Property Agent.
Does Nolita collect rent or deposits?
Not under the current platform model.
Is a viewing request a confirmed appointment?
No. It becomes confirmed only when accepted.
Does Nolita guarantee availability?
No. Availability confirmation shows the most recent recorded confirmation.
Can I report a suspicious listing without paying?
Yes. Contact Nolita support without Client Access, or email the support mailbox if you cannot sign in. Dedicated property-report forms are not available in this release.
